ATTENTION DRIVERS

As of January 3, 2012 the new DOT CDL Cell Phone Ruling prohibits Commercial Drivers from using a handheld mobile telephone while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle. Drivers who violate the restriction will face Federal Civil penalties of up to $2,750.00 for each offense and disqualification from operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle for multiple offenses, as well as fines up to $11,000.00 to the Company.
If you must use your Cell Phone, pull over to a safe place.
